The Role of Physical Activity in Addressing the Mental Health and Sleep Quality of Children and Adolescents: Literature Review

ABSTRACT:

Physical activity is an important thing to do, physical activity has many benefits for the body, especially in dealing with mental health and can improve sleep quality. Using a literature review and analysis of online references on the role of physical activity on the mental health and sleep quality of children and adolescents, the aim of this paper is to gather evidence and reinforce the assertion that activity is so important in addressing mental health and poor sleep quality. The analysis findings showed that physical activity such as judo, cardiorespiratory fitness, ball games and physical exercise. Where this method can significantly benefit mental health as well as improving the quality of good sleep for children and adolescents.
